Timeline

6:30-7:30am

Registration and check-in at clubhouse. Complimentary breakfast available. Take a look at the auction items and prizes and pre-register for the auction on your phone.

7:45am

Welcome keynote from Adam & Emily Lucas

8:00am-12:30pm

Tournament begins! Shotgun start, be sure to know what hole your foursome is starting on to keep pace.

Make sure to keep an eye on the ongoing auction and participate in the on-course contests!

12:30-3:00pm

Anticipated end to tournament. Meet back at the clubhouse for contest winners, awards, prizes, complimentary lunch, and auction prize pick-up.

The Game

Tee Up for Teamwork - Scramble

Everyone tees off, but the best ball of the bunch is chosen. All teammates then hit their next shot from that chosen spot, aiming to improve upon the best ball position. This continues until the hole is complete, leading to lower team scores and more chances for everyone to contribute.

Mulligans available for $10/each. Max 4 mulligans per foursome

The team with the lowest total points after all holes wins the scramble!

REGISTRATION

How do I register for the tournament?

You can register online HERE. For any questions or issues registering, please reach out to adam@breathetogetherfoundation.org

What is the registration deadline?

You’re welcome to register up until the day before for the tournament, however, space is first come, first serve and is selling quickly. Make sure not to wait!

What are the fees associated with registration?

Individual participation is $250 per player. A full foursome is $1,000. Each ticket includes 18 holes of golf, access to the online auction, on-course contests, lunch buffet, and a player packet with free goodies!

Is there a waitlist if the tournament fills up?

Absolutely! If you’re unable to register due to capacity, please email adam@breathetogetherfoundation.org

LOGISTICS

Are there any food and beverage options available on the course?

Yes! The drink cart will be available for snacks and drinks throughout play. During check-in, please help yourself to breakfast. After play, there will be a lunch buffet.

Can I rent golf clubs?

If you’d like to rent clubs, The Ridge offers premium Callaway club rentals. Club rental cost is $60+tax for 18 holes, with Men’s, and Ladies’ right and left handed sets available.

Is parking available?

Yes. The Ridge has a full lot to accommodate patrons.

I’d like to participate, but I don’t play golf - can I volunteer?

Of course! Volunteers perform key tasks inside and outside the ropes, including welcoming patrons at check-in, managing the auction, assisting vendors, and overseeing on-course contests.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Shifts range from 4-6 hours in length, depending on assignment.

FORMAT

What is the format of the tournament?

The tournament is a four-player scramble. For more details see above.

How many players will be in each group?

There will be 8 players per group, for a total of 2 foursomes.

What is the tee time selection process?

All players will begin at 8:00am as a shotgun start. Please be sure to take note of which hole your group is starting from.

RULES & REGULATIONS

What are the local rules of the course?

USGA rules govern all play.

What is the dress code of the tournament?

Traditional golf attire, no metal spikes.

When is the auction live?

The auction is live during play, from 8:00am - 12:30pm. Keep an eye on your interested items.

I want to preview the auction items - where can I do that?

How do I receive my auction items?

If the item is a gift card, it may be sent either by email or mailed to your specified address. If the prize is a physical item, we will email you post-tournament to arrange from a pickup from our convenient Greenwood Village location.
